Call for presentations and workshops

The general theme of the Long Live Arts conference is cultural participation by older people. We are addressing this theme through one of the following areas of expertise: policy, practice and research. We welcome submissions from policymakers, practitioners, researchers, and all other stakeholders interested in cultural participation by older people.

We focus on (national/local) policy results, innovative projects, best practices and proven methodology. You were cordially invited to submit proposals for presentations or workshops at this event.

The call for presentation has been closed on January 14.

Together with Dutch Culture we are also looking for ambassadors to represent Long Live Arts at the US conference 'The Creative Age', to be held at the White House (19 - 21 May 2015, Washington, DC).

Would you like to be selected as an ambassador for the US conference? Please tick the corresponding box on your submission form. The jury will review the submissions and select the most outstanding proposal in each category. Please note that for each call only one representative can be sent to the United States. As a special Long Live Arts ambassador, you will hold your presentation in Washington (on 19 May 2015) and once more in The Hague (on 21 May 2015)*.

* Dates subject to change; to be confirmed closer to the events. Travel and hotel expenses will be reimbursed.
